In the summer of 2020, the company I worked for as an Operations Manager with a team of 10 people, closed. I had worked there over 12 years and built my career and “professional identity” in that company. Being unemployed and losing my professional identity I knew I needed help and contacted Ulla and asked for private coaching. Knowing her from group coaching sessions, I knew she has the knowledge and personality that I wanted to work with. She helped me define what I am looking for and she supported me on the way to my dream job, not only by traditional coaching, but she provided me with both guidance and advice.
