About Me
I’m an ICF-certified coach, facilitator and advisor with a background in political science, committed to redesigning how we work, lead and sustain ourselves over longer careers.
I believe leadership and performance don’t have to come at the expense of health or humanity. In a world where we’re expected to work and live longer while navigating constant uncertainty, we need smarter, more sustainable ways of showing up.
With over 15 years in international business across IP licensing, legal and sales, I’ve seen firsthand how complex and high-pressure modern workplaces can be. Today, I bring that realism together with advancing expertise in neuroscience and mental health (via my current Master’s degree), helping individuals and organizations evolve with both evidence and empathy.
My Mission
I support people who want to thrive in and influence demanding environments without burning out or becoming someone they’re not. I equip leaders to show up with honesty, empathy and strength, so they can create healthier systems for themselves and others.
Who I Work With
I partner with seasoned executives, emerging leaders and mid-career professionals who are navigating complexity and want to lead with clarity, confidence and composure. My clients come from global Fortune 500 organisations across legal, financial, medical and high-tech sectors, including military leadership.
I also support professionals in transition – those seeking reinvention, realignment or renewed purpose in the middle stages of their careers.
A significant part of my work is with neurodivergent adults who want to better understand their own patterns, self-manage more effectively and harness their unique strengths rather than working against them. Together, we create sustainable strategies that support both performance and well-being.
My Approach
I blend evidence-based methods with strategic insight, intuition and a healthy dose of humour. My coaching is grounded in both rigorous academic study and real-world corporate experience.
With a decade in multinational environments – including cross-functional teams and complex negotiations across legal, sales and IP licensing – I understand the realities my clients face. Today, I combine that operational experience with ongoing studies in neuroscience and mental health to bring depth, clarity, practicality and humanity to every conversation.
My approach is both analytical and deeply human: I work at the intersection of psychology and strategy to help leaders grow in a way that is sustainable, not performative.
Global Perspective
Originally from Finland’s Swedish-speaking minority, I have lived, worked, and studied in the UK, Denmark, and now Luxembourg, shaping a truly international outlook. I coach in English, Swedish, and other Scandinavian languages, bringing a pan-Nordic mindset and a global perspective to every engagement.
