About Me

I am an ICF-certified coach, facilitator, advisor, and political scientist, passionate about shaping the future of work.

I believe leadership, careers, and work can be approached in smarter, more sustainable, and more fulfilling ways – especially in a world where we’re expected to work and live longer while navigating constant uncertainty.

With 15 years of experience in international business, spanning IP licensing, legal, and sales, I understand the realities of complex, high-pressure environments. Today, I’m also deepening my expertise through a Master’s degree in the neuroscience and psychology of mental health, which allows me to integrate the latest scientific insights into my coaching and advisory work.

My Mission

I help leaders and professionals build the skills, mindset, and resilience needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving workplace, without compromising their well-being. I empower individuals to lead with authenticity, empathy, and integrity, and to create a meaningful impact on the people and systems they influence.

Who I Work With

I coach seasoned executives, emerging leaders, and mid-career professionals, helping them meet complexity with clarity, confidence, and composure. My clients include global Fortune 500 companies in legal, financial, medical, and high-tech industries, as well as military leadership. I also work privately with professionals seeking reinvention, alignment, or renewed purpose in the mid-stages of their career.

My Approach

I combine evidence-based methods with strategic insight, intuition, and a pinch of humor to create impactful coaching experiences. My work is grounded in both rigorous academic study and lived experience. I draw from over a decade in multinational corporate environments -where I led cross-functional teams and negotiations across legal, sales, and IP licensing functions, alongside years of coaching senior professionals worldwide.

My background in political science, coupled with my current studies in neuroscience and mental health, gives me a cross-disciplinary perspective. I approach coaching with both analytical depth and a people-centered mindset, balancing the psychological and strategic dimensions of growth and leadership.

Global Perspective

Originally from Finland’s Swedish-speaking minority, I have lived, worked, and studied in the UK, Denmark, and now Luxembourg, shaping a truly international outlook. I coach in English, Swedish, and other Scandinavian languages, bringing a pan-Nordic mindset and a global perspective to every engagement.
