About Me
As an ICF certified coach, facilitator, advisor, political scientist and future of work enthusiast, I am driven by the vision that there are smarter, happier and more sustainable ways to approach leadership, careers and work. In an increasingly uncertain world, where we are expected to live and work longer, while dealing with an increasing amount of uncertainty, it is high time to change our approach to leadership, skill development and learning.
My mission is to support the leadership, skills and mindset required to thrive in this rapidly changing world of work, without burning out or compromising well-being.
I have extensive experience of coaching seasoned executives, new leaders and mid-career professionals to respond to change with more clarity, confidence and resilience. My clients include global Fortune 500 legal, financial, medical and high-tech organizations and army leadership. I also work privately with mid-career individuals wishing to reinvent themselves professionally. In my approach, I rely on evidence-based methods but also on intuition, strategic understanding, and a pinch of humor.
As a freelance consultant, including as an advisor and facilitator, my approach builds on insights gained through over a decade of working in a multinational corporate environment, within strategic IP, sales and legal but also on extensive experience and insights gained from coaching senior, high-achieving professionals globally. Initially starting my career in an academic environment, I combine high level analytical and strategic thinking and bring a truly cross-functional and people-oriented perspective to projects. Experience includes researching, advising and facilitating on international projects and events, particularly relating to the future of work.
Originally from the Swedish speaking part of Finland, I spent part of my formative years in Britain, then studying and obtaining a Master’s degree of Political Sciences in Denmark. Since 2007. I live in Luxembourg with my family. My primary working languages are English and Swedish, but regularly find myself also coaching in Danish and Norwegian.
