Since working with Ulla, I have become clear on my values, impact and how I come across in corporate settings. Insights which have been extremely valuable and significantly improved my ability to negotiate, express myself and as a leader in the daily team management. Ulla is very realistic and understands business realities yet at the same time has the ability to open your eyes for different interpretations and possibilities. I highly recommend partnering with her.

Ulla is wonderful coach – She is warm, empathetic, intuitive and has an ability to sift through everything that you’re saying to get to the crux of what really matters. She asks thought provoking questions and does not shy away from challenging you, all in a caring manner. I’ve worked with Ulla for about 1.5 years now and have always found it possible to bring the most complex situations to coaching sessions with her, knowing that I will definitely walk away with some insight for myself. I’d highly recommend Ulla anyday!

In the summer of 2020, the company I worked for as an Operations Manager with a team of 10 people, closed. I had worked there over 12 years and built my career and “professional identity” in that company.
Being unemployed and losing my professional identity I knew I needed help and contacted Ulla and asked for private coaching. Knowing her from group coaching sessions, I knew she has the knowledge and personality that I wanted to work with. She helped me define what I am looking for and she supported me on the way to my dream job, not only by traditional coaching, but she provided me with both guidance and advice.
During the last stage when I found a job I really wanted, which was completely different from what I had done before, I worked intensively with Ulla before every interview. She did an amazing job. She was well prepared before each session; informed herself about the company and tailored each session, based on my personality and need. She made me aware of my strengths. She taught me how to deal with my weaknesses. She helped me find and define my transferable skills. She read between the lines and guided me through different situations. She made me find answers when I thought I could not. I learned many new things about myself. It was mentally exhausting at times, but I was so well prepared for the interviews and got the dream job. Without Ulla I wouldn’t be where I am professionally today.
I can highly recommend Ulla to anyone who needs support in their career, career change or general in life/work, if one needs support with next steps or changes.

In a time of transition I contacted Ulla, asking her if she could help me to get clear on my goals, build self-awareness career-wise and work on how to pitch my profile in job interviews via the means of some professional coaching sessions. Knowing her for many years, I knew she would be the right person to help me on that end. As a coach, Ulla is very authentic and intuitive. She has a keen instinct for people’s talents and doesn’t shy back to ask inconvenient questions, which helped me to gain some valuable insights. Should you need some guidance in your career or consider a career change, I’d highly recommend working with Ulla.

”A few months ago I said yes to receiving coaching from Ulla Wilner.
I participated with the sole purpose of focusing on my professional development after a 10 year ‘break’ from the workplace!
Not only was I able to reframe my skillset and receive offers of employment for each job I applied for, but Ulla’s guidance touched and improved on other areas of my life.
After landing my dream job I honestly cannot recommend her enough.
Many people use the phrase life changing, but for me this experience truly was.”
